Christianity.com is brought to you by a group of writers and editors with a passion for giving people access to what is enduringly Christian. We believe that God’s truth should be available to everyone. Thus, a vision of accessible orthodoxy inspires and drives us to help people around the world know God and better understand the Christian faith.
Our resources of text, audio, and video highlight Christianity’s rich history and also provide fresh, biblically sound content—all with the view to inform and encourage those who want a closer relationship with Jesus Christ and His truths taught in the Holy Scripture.
Christianity.com is ordered by classic categories of Christian thought: God, the Bible, the Church, Christian Theology, and Christian Life. Each category is further subdivided into areas of significance to many Christians, including Apologetics, Art & Culture, Church History, Devotionals, Family, Jesus, Salvation, Politics, Prayer, Worship, etc. Our Christian Wiki serves to answer any questions about Christianity, including questions about the Bible, God, Christian Life, the Church, and so much more. Within this framework, we work hard to provide timely, relevant, life-enhancing content from trustworthy Christian leaders, teachers, and thinkers.
Statement of Faith
We believe that there is one God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe the Bible is God's written revelation to man and is verbally inspired, authoritative, and without error in the original manuscripts.
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, death on the cross to provide for our redemption, bodily resurrection and ascension into heaven, present ministry of intercession for us, and His return to earth in power and glory.
We believe in the personality and deity of the Holy Spirit that He performs the miracle of the new birth in an unbeliever and indwells believers, enabling them to live a godly life.
We believe that man was created in the image of God, but because of sin, was alienated from God. That alienation can be removed only by accepting through faith God's gift of salvation which was made possible by Christ's death and resurrection.
